    Specialty Gift Baskets - General Sales Return Policies

    If you are not 100 % satisfied with your specialty gift baskets purchased from NiceSpecialtyGifts4u.com, then neither are we! Please follow the Sales Return Policy instructions listed on this page AND the specific instructions contained in Return Policies 1 or 2 before requesting a customer refund or merchandise return. Specialty gift baskets sent back to Nice SpecialtyGifts4u.com, for ANY reason, including a sales refund or merchandise refund require an RA # from NiceSpecialtyGifts4u.com BEFORE you may return the item(s) to us.

    Specialty gift baskets received without a valid RA # will be sent back to you with a charge back to you for returned shipping costs. To obtain a RA #, please e-mail us at NiceSpecialtyGifts4u@cox.net with your Name, Address, Phone Number, Order #, Product #, Item Name, Item Description, Quantity to be Returned, and the Purchase Price. We will issue an RA # to you via e-mail within 24 hours.

    Shipping charges for specialty gift baskets, a sales return or customer refund are ALWAYS non-refundable, UNLESS we advise you differently. In addition, ALL merchandise return requests require you to prepay your returning shipping costs and send the product(s) with a traceable receipt number issued by DHL, FedEx, UPS, or the USPS. Traceable numbers provide a means for merchandise claim processing for a sales refund or merchandise refund should the package be misdirected or lost through no fault of you. Once you have read the Return Policy and identify the category you purchased the specialty gift baskets from and have an RA #, please follow the Return Policies 1 or 2, as appropriate.

    The minimum merchandise requirements for ALL sales return and customer refund items on specialty gift baskets are:

    All specialty gift baskets received must be in a sellable condition, in their original unbroken inner and outer packaging, with no missing items, instructions or papers, no visible markings, defacement or damage to the inside or outside of the packing, and be received WITHIN THE ESTABLISHED TIME FRAMES indicated by NiceSpecialtyGifts4u.com. Unless otherwise noted, ALL return days are counted as calendar days after delivery date (which we will always determine and validate).

    Once again, let us stress the importance of carefully reading and following the Return Policy AND the Return Policies 1 or 2, as appropriate for specific gift category instructions prior to taking any actions for a merchandise return or sales refund.

    Specialty gift baskets and merchandise received which does not meet the conditions will be returned to you with a charge for return shipping costs.

Occasionally, a supplier(s) may modify their merchandise return policies without notifying us. In that event, their posted policies will supersede our policies displayed on NiceSpecialtyGifts4u.com.
