    Specialty Gift Baskets Returned Merchandise and Refund Policy Guidelines


    Products with the 2 Digit Prefix "BB":

    To initiate a Gift Basket return, call 850-678-5789 to get a Returned Merchandise Authorization # (RMA). Returns will not be accepted without this authorization. This is to ensure that the return is processed in the most efficient manner possible.

    We realize that not all sales may be final. So, if you make a purchase and wish to return the product, you must do so under this returned merchandise and refund policy.

    Here are the guidelines to follow before deciding whether to return a product to us:

    Specialty Gift Baskets Guarantee and Returned Merchandise Policy:

    At NiceSpecialtyGifts4u.com, we strive for excellence in every aspect of our business! However, if you are not totally satisfied with your specialty gift baskets or other gift, please contact us at NiceSpecialtyGifts4u@cox.net within 3 business days of the delivery date (the day package is received is day one). Due to the perishable nature of many items within gift baskets, it is IMPERATIVE that any issues to be brought to our attention immediately. We will do everything within our power to correct the situation. If a refund is deemed necessary under our refund policy, it will be issued to you. Shipping and Handling fees are ALWAYS non-refundable. All returned merchandise must be pre-paid by you and returned via a traceable carrier to our facility. Returns of specialty gift baskets must be received by us within 14 days of the original purchase date for a refund.

    If you are approved for a return, these specialty gift baskets conditions must be met:

    1. Gift basket must be UNOPENED and UNDAMAGED.
    2. Gift basket must include the RA # with the return.
    3. Once the gift basket is received back in our facility, we will determine if the above requirements have been met. Any refund due will be issued
    Absolutely NO refunds will be given on any returned merchandise specialty gift baskets without prior authorization and an RA # or refused on delivery for any reason. There are NO exceptions!

    Specialty Gift Baskets Damage:

    Nice SpecialtyGifts4u.com DOES NOT provide any additional insurance on any specialty gift baskets at the time of shipping; therefore, we are held to the rules and guidelines set forth by the delivery carrier.

    All claims for damage must be received by us within 3 business days of delivery. The day the specialty gift baskets are delivered is considered day one. We will only accept a written fax as notification of your claim of damage. Our fax number is: 850-678-5789. NiceSpecialtyGifts4u.com may elect to issue a call tag to YOU for return of this damaged shipment. If we are unsuccessful in obtaining the specialty gift baskets from YOU using this procedure, NO REFUND OR CREDIT will be issued. (We will provide repackaging instructions to you). Please be prepared to provide photographic proof to the carrier and/or NiceSpecialtyGifts4u.com of the damage that has occurred for ANY returned merchandise. Photos and retention of all packaging materials is required should the carrier or NiceSpecialtyGifts4u.com request proof of damages.

    You MUST initiate a claim with the carrier. If the carrier pays the claim to us instead of you, we will reimburse you up to the value of the product plus original shipping costs. However, our refund policy is that we are unable to issue you a credit until the claim has been paid to us. The normal waiting time is 4 - 6 weeks. The credit, if any, will be applied to the credit card the specialty gift baskets was originally purchased on.

    NiceSpecialtyGifts4u.com WILL NOT automatically send you a new replacement product, as this is not our policy. If you wish to reorder specialty gift baskets, it will be necessary to do that by placing your order and payment online at that time.

    Specialty Gift Baskets Cancellation Policy:

    A specialty gift baskets order may be cancelled (with no restocking fee) up to 24 hours prior to the day of shipping (our decision). If the gift has already been designed, then we will charge you a restocking fee (which is the greater of) $35 or 50 % of the retail cost. We personally design specialty gift baskets after the order is placed; therefore, we cannot simply put the gift back on a shelf for another purchaser.

    It is very difficult to find one box in a mass of thousands of boxes; however, we will give you our very best efforts to prevent the order from shipping. During busy seasonal holiday seasons, this is near to impossible to accomplish! Please ensure that the INITIAL order you place is what you really want!

    We will cheerfully exchange the item or refund your purchase price, minus a 25 % restocking fee according to our refund policy.

    If for any reason you are not satisfied with your specialty gift baskets, please contact us at 850-678-5789 for a Returned Merchandise Authorization # (RMA) within 7 days of receipt of your order. Returns will not be accepted without this authorization. This is to ensure that the return is processed in the most efficient manner possible.

    We realize that not all sales may be final. So, if you make a specialty gift baskets purchase and wish to return it, you must do so under this process.

    Here are the guidelines to follow before deciding whether to return specialty gift baskets to us:

    All returns must be received by us within 10 days of the date we issue the RA #. All returned merchandise must be approved by us before additional actions will be completed. Please send all specialty gift baskets returns pre-paid by you via a traceable carrier for tracking. Our refund policy states that we are not responsible for lost returns.

    Product Returns:

    Important:
    Specialty gift baskets shipped to our warehouse without an RMA # clearly labeled on the outside of the box are refused. We will not reimburse you for the shipping incurred, and you will need to properly package, label, and reship it again (at your cost).

  • Customer Dissatisfaction with Specialty Gift Baskets:

    You may return the specialty gift baskets for a full credit (less shipping and handling) OR keep the specialty gift baskets and receive a 50 % refund of the purchase price (less shipping and handling).

  • Damaged or Defective Specialty Gift Baskets and/or Contents:

    NiceSpecialtyGifts4u.com will replace the items or credit you with the value of the damaged or defective specialty gift baskets contents only (your choice).

    Shipping Refunds and Adjustments:

    Non-Delivery:

    If the shipping error was made by our supplier(s), we will issue full credit on the original shipment (including shipping). If you wish, we will reship new specialty gift baskets with a 50 % discount on the product and shipping.

    If the shipping error was made by NiceSpecialtyGifts4u.com, return the specialty gift baskets to us at the address indicated above.

  • If the specialty gift baskets are NOT returned: No credit will be issued.

  • If the specialty gift baskets ARE returned: We will issue you a 50 % credit upon receipt of the gift basket return (no credit for shipping). If you wish, we will reship a new item to you at the regular price plus shipping.

    If the shipment is misdirected or loss through carrier error, we will issue full credit of the original shipment (including shipping costs.) If you wish, we will reship new specialty gift baskets to you at a 50% discount off the regular price plus a 50 % discount on the new shipping charges.

    Incorrect Item Shipped:

    We will issue a full credit on the original shipment (including shipping) OR ship the correct item to you at no cost (your choice.)

    Late Delivery on Guaranteed Shipping Services:

    Important:
    NO shipping credits will be authorized on ANY specialty gift baskets order shipped between Dec 15th and Dec 31st OR when a carrier has suspended the shipping guarantees due to inclement weather or other acts of God.

    Important:
    Any claim for late delivery of specialty gift baskets to hospitals, nursing homes, colleges, hotels/motels, military bases or any other institution where delivery is made to a central location for subsequent delivery to the recipient WILL ONLY be honored if the shipment was delivered late to the INSTITUTION ITSELF. We DO NOT guarantee delivery times to any individual within such institutions. There are NO exceptions under our refund policy!

  • If the error was made by our supplier(s), we will issue a 50 % credit on the specialty gift baskets and shipping charge.
  • If NiceSpecialtyGifts4u.com had the error based on incorrect delivery information provided by you, then no credit is due AND we will charge any carrier forwarding fees, if incurred.

  • If it is a carrier error, we will issue a full refund for shipping.

    Late Delivery on Non-Guaranteed Shipping Services:

    No credit is issued under this circumstance.
