Products with the 2 Digit Prefix "MA":
To initiate a Gift Basket return for a merchant refund, call 850-678-5789 to get a Return Merchandise Authorization # (RMA). Returns will not be accepted without this authorization. This is to ensure that the return and merchant refund is processed in the most efficient manner possible through our refund process.
We realize that not all sales may be final. So, if you make a purchase and wish to return the product, you must do so under this merchant return and refund process.
Here are the guidelines to follow before deciding whether to return a product to us:
We pride ourselves on carrying high-quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. When you receive your order, please inspect it carefully to verify that all items meet your expectations.
If for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at 850-678-5789 for a Return Authorization # (RA #) within 30 days of receipt of your order.
We will provide the return address when the RA # is issued.
All returns must be received by us within 30 days of the date we issue the RA #. All returned merchandise for merchant refund must be approved by us under our refund process before additional actions will be completed. Please send all returns pre-paid by you via a traceable carrier for tracking. We are not responsible for applying the refund process policies for lost returns.
Our merchant refund and refund process requires that all refunds are processed upon full inspection of the returned items. Once your returned items have been processed, a merchant refund credit should appear on your credit card (less original shipping charges) within 5 business days.
If your shipment arrives with any damages, please call us at 850-678-5789 no later than 7 days after the package was delivered. You MUST contact the UPS carrier to initiate a claim with them, so keep all materials, packing, etc for inspection by UPS, if required from their refund process procedures.

NiceSpecialtyGifts4u.com will honor returns to our Return Center for up to 15 calendar days from the original shipment date. However, we DO NOT allow returns on any bulk orders. If you have any concerns about the quality of a product(s), please order a sample PRIOR to placing your bulk order.
We do not charge you a fee to restock your gift.

Return the unused portion of the product and the original packing slip within the specified time frame and receive a full merchant refund of the product price (less original shipping and handling) under our refund process policy.
A return credit merchant refund for the actual product cost (less shipping and handling) will be issued within 15 calendar days of receipt to the credit card the original purchase was made on.
Returns that are caused by carrier delivery attempts to bad addresses, that are refused by the recipient, or that are undeliverable for any reason - other than errors clearly attributed to NiceSpecialtyGifts4u.com (our decision is final), will be accessed a $30 charge per order which will be deducted from the merchant refund issued to the customer.
In order to handle immediate claims of damage to an ingredient, container or other gift component, NiceSpecialtyGifts4u.com established a refund process policy of issuing a credit for a maximum of 20 % of the original product cost to you.
In order to receive credit for a damaged product, you MUST:
Contact NiceSpecialtyGifts4u.com by email, fax or in writing within 3 calendar days of the original product receipt date.
You may either request a credit of up to 20 % of the product cost for credit (to be processed within 7-10 business days after our receipt),
or
File a “Damaged Goods Claim” (within 3 calendar days of product receipt) with the responsible shipping carrier.
This action is YOUR responsibility and the shipping carrier will reimburse you directly instead of the NiceSpecialtyGifts4u refund process.
We will fully investigate all credit requests as a result of damages PRIOR to making reimbursement.
If we determine you have attempted to obtain reimbursement from NiceSpecialtyGifts4u.com AND the responsible shipping carrier, WE WILL IMMEDIATELY charge your credit card for the up to 20 % maximum reimbursement previously provided by NiceSpecialtyGifts4u.com.
We do our absolute best to ship all products exactly as they are identified on our website; however, sometimes we need to substitute ingredients, packing materials, containers, decorations or other items in order to completely fill an order. We are not required to apply any refund process policies, adjust the price, issue a partial merchant refund, or communicate with you that we have made a substitution. However, please know that we will always attempt to use an equal or higher value substitution item, when necessary.

We want you to have full peace of mind in knowing that our top priority is to make sure you are 100 % satisfied with your specialty gift baskets purchase from us.
NiceSpecialtyGifts4u.com will warranty its products to be free of any defects in workmanship and materials during its normal life span. This warranty does not apply to any misuse, neglect in usage, caring for the merchandise, or reasonable wear and tear.
Merchant refunds and returns are not processed nor accepted. Should you have a warranty issue, please contact us with any questions or concerns at nicespecialtygifts4u@cox.net. No additional refund process will apply to warranties.

Return Policy:
Items may be returned for credit within 30 days. The customer must return the item to us pre-paid via a traceable carrier. The address will be provided when the RMA # is issued.
Warranty:
We are so confident in the integrity of our products that we offer a limited lifetime warranty for every product we sell. Our products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product when the product is used for the purpose intended, and does not apply to damages caused by typical wear and tear, unreasonable use, or neglect. Therefore, no additional refund process will apply to warranties.
